Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all press-on nail sales are final, except where otherwise required by law or provided under our Refund & Return Policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Nail Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information and selecting the appropriate nail size, shape, and style before completing a purchase. Benjie's Beauties Boutique is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

Product Use & Nail Safety

Press-on nail products must be used according to the provided instructions and any applicable product warnings. Do not apply press-on nails or nail adhesive to nails or surrounding skin that are broken, irritated, injured, infected, or otherwise unhealthy. Discontinue use if you experience significant irritation, pain, swelling, or another unexpected reaction. Keep nail glue, adhesive products, and small nail components away from children and pets.

Benjie's Beauties Boutique is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper application or removal, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to product warnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
