At Benjie's Beauties Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully prepare and inspect each order before it is shipped. Due to the personal nature of press-on nails, the following refund and return policy applies.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, all press-on nail sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nail sets once they have been shipped or delivered.

Please review the product description, nail shape, size, color, and other product details carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Choosing the incorrect nail size, shape, or style
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Improper application or removal
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after the product has been received
  • Lost or damaged nails after application

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your name and order number
  • A clear photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed, we may offer a refund, depending on the circumstances. Please do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Shipping Issues

Benjie's Beauties Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
